Complete removal of a failing 80-foot pier and full replacement with pressure-treated timber framing and composite decking. New 10,000 lb. boat lift included.

Easton, MD

180 linear feet of vinyl sheet pile bulkhead replacing a failed timber bulkhead. Tie-back anchor system installed. MDE permit coordinated by Pepper Marine.

Oxford, MD

Natural stone riprap installation along 220 feet of actively eroding shoreline. Filter fabric and grading included. Erosion stopped after first tidal season.

Tilghman Island, MD

16,000 lb. four-post boat lift installed at an existing residential pier. New piling added to support lift load. Electrical run from shore.

Trappe, MD

Significant bank regrading following years of erosion, followed by engineered riprap installation. Approximately 300 feet of shoreline stabilized.

Cambridge, MD

Replacement of six deteriorated pilings, new stringers and decking on a 60-foot commercial dock. Custom steel bracket fabrication for lift hardware.

Chestertown, MD

Dredging of two residential boat slips that had lost over 3 feet of depth to sediment. MDE and Army Corps permits obtained. Spoil material disposed off-site.

Rock Hall, MD

New floating dock system with four slips installed at a small private marina. Gangway, cleats, and utility connections included.

Queenstown, MD

Full replacement of a 140-foot failing timber seawall with steel sheet pile. Deadman anchor system. Backfill and grading restored the yard to original grade.
